- Is there a discount available if more than one delegate registers for the Summit from my organisation?
A group discount of 10 percent on the conference session fees is available for more than four delegates participating from the same organisation (only in the FICCI non-member category).
- Does my FICCI membership qualify me for a discount on session fees?
Yes, discounts are available for both Corporate and Associate Members.
- Does my registration as a delegate entitle me free entry for the Mater Class?
No, there is separate fee for the Mater Class.
- Will I be able to get a refund, if for some reason I am unable to attend after registration?
The last date for registration is March 16, 2012. For cancellation requests received after March 1, 2012, 50 percent of the deposited amount will be refunded. For cancellation requested/received after March 10, 2012, no amount will be refunded. All cancellation requests must be sent in writing.
- What are modes of payment I can use?
As a delegate, sponsor or exhibitor, you can pay online, through RTGS/SWIFT or send a cheque /demand draft to the Conference Secretariat.

- As an exhibitor, what facilities and benefits am I entitled to?
The standard exhibition stand measures 3 m. x 3 m. (9 sq. m.). Each stand will comprise space and shell scheme and include three side partition, fascia name, floor covering, three lights, one 5/15 AMP socket, one table, two chairs and one trash bin. Companies may also request for larger exhibition stands in multiples of 9 sq. m. with a corresponding price. The exhibiting company also receives a complementary pass.
