Mr. David Morrison graduated in applied mathematics from St Andrews University and subsequently qualified as an airline pilot with British Airways. He joined Wood Mackenzie in 1976 and became a partner in 1984. Mr. Morrison is currently the Chairman of Wood Mackenzie’s energy practice.

Mr. Morrison has worked with numerous oil companies globally on strategic issues. He has advised many governments and national oil companies on fiscal and other policy issues and has also been extensively involved in giving advice relating to markets, competition, regulation and energy policy.

Mr. Morrison is a Fellow of the Energy Institute.
